Gearbox

Bilateral symmetry gear drive system with design service life exceeding 72,000 hours. Average torque coefficient = 10.4. Bearings sourced from SKF (Sweden) and INA (Germany) for maximum reliability under continuous operation.

Torque Limiter

High-precision torque limiter imported from Germany with accurate torque protection, high repeatability, and quick reset capability — safeguarding the gearbox and screw shaft from overload damage.

Barrel Technology

Equipped with integrated wear-resistant alloy steel liner matching W&P composition standards. The barrel channel features an annular jet design that prevents material blockage during extended production runs.

Screw Elements

Screw elements manufactured from W6Cr5Mo4V2 high-speed steel for superior wear resistance. Shaft material is high-grade alloy steel imported from Finland. Our proprietary mixing and dispersing element designs enable flexible production across diverse material formulations.

Heating & Electrical System

German-imported heating rods for precise temperature control. PLC and instrument control with separate control cabinet and power cabinet — strong and weak electrical circuits are isolated for enhanced safety and reliability. Machine frame constructed from high-rigidity integral steel plate welding.
