Product Overview

HPH80 high-speed twin screw compounding extruder is a high-efficiency industrial extrusion equipment, featuring stable operation, high torque and excellent compounding performance. It supports a continuous production output of 1500–2600 kg/h, widely applied in plastic alloy modification, various masterbatch production and high-performance engineering plastic processing.

2. Core Configuration & Performance Features

The whole machine adopts high-standard industrial configuration with imported core components, ensuring high precision, high stability and long service life.
A. High-end Gearbox Adopts bilateral symmetrical gear transmission system with an average torque coefficient of 11.5. Equipped with Sweden SKF and Germany INA original bearings, the gearbox achieves a designed service life of over 72,000 hours, supporting long-term stable heavy-duty operation.
B. German Imported Torque Limiter Fitted with original imported torque limiter from Germany, it effectively protects the gearbox and screw shaft from overload damage, improving equipment safety and durability.
C. Wear-resistant & Corrosion-resistant Barrel Integrated wear-resistant alloy steel liner is adopted, made of Finland imported high wear and corrosion-resistant material. The barrel adopts annular jet cooling channel design, which is not easy to block and ensures uniform and stable temperature control.
D. High-precision Screw Elements Screw elements are made of Finland imported high wear and corrosion-resistant raw materials, with mirror polishing surface treatment, realizing high-precision compounding, uniform mixing and stable extrusion effect.
E. High-strength Screw Shaft The main shaft is made of imported Finnish high-quality raw materials, featuring high toughness, high strength and strong fatigue resistance, adapting to high-speed and high-torque long-term operation.
F. German Imported Heating Rod Equipped with imported heating rods from Germany, featuring fast heating, uniform temperature and low energy consumption, effectively improving production efficiency and product qualification rate.
G. High-rigidity Machine Frame The frame adopts integral high-rigidity steel plate welding structure, with stable overall structure, effectively reducing vibration during high-speed operation and ensuring equipment stability.
H. Independent Electrical Control System Supports optional PLC and instrument integrated control. The control cabinet and power cabinet are independently arranged with separated strong and weak electricity, which effectively avoids signal interference and ensures safe and stable system operation.
