1. On-site Inspection & Fault Confirmation

2. Dismantling and Overall Cleaning

   In accordance with standard operating specifications, technicians carried out standardized dismantling work. All disassembled parts were marked and classified orderly to avoid assembly errors. After dismantling, all installation bases and matching positions were thoroughly cleaned to remove oil dirt and sundries.

3. Standard Gearbox Matching & Installation

   We selected qualified gearbox products conforming to original equipment technical parameters to ensure consistent matching performance. During installation, we strictly controlled assembly precision, adjusted running clearance and fixed connecting parts in place, fully complying with the installation technical standards of ZSK177 model.

4. Commissioning and Operational Test

   After finishing installation, we implemented no-load and load running tests in sequence. We strictly checked operating noise, transmission stability, lubrication status and sealing performance to make sure all operational parameters reach normal use standards.

After gearbox replacement, the extruder runs smoothly without abnormal noise. Its transmission power and operating efficiency are fully restored to normal working state.
